HEALTHY EATING
So I have always had a healthy varied diet, but recently been craving fresh salads and bowls of fruit and vegetables. Don't get me wrong I love a takeaway or a chocolate bar now and again! So last night I made a really simple but tasty salad and thought I'd share it with you incase you wanted to try it,trust me its yummyyyyyyy!
Ingredients:
| Baby Leaves
| Mozzarella
| Green Olives
| Cherry Tomatoes
| Chicken Breast Slices
| Olive Oil
| Balsamic Vinegar
| Salt and pepper
Salad Dressing:
| Mix together as much balsamic vinegar and olive oil as you would like
| Season with salt and pepper
| Mix it all together
How Too:
| Get baby leaves rise and dry
| Wash and then slice the tomatoes in half
| Rip or cut up your mozzarella
| Throw all your ingredients on a plate including the olives and chicken breast slices.
| Drizzle over the dressing and your ready to eat!
